Become a Moe's Place Affiliate and earn 10% of sales proceeds for you and 10% for your favorite animal shelter. Its easy! No fees! No inventory to process!
To start, fill out the Affiliate Application below. Your application will be reviewed and processed within 2 to 3 business days. You will then receive a Welcome Email with your unique HTML link code and the Moe's Place logo (shown to the left) for you to use in your blogs, emails, and on your website. Each time a customer clicks from your site or e-publication to www.MoesPlace.net and makes a purchase, you will earn 10% of the sales proceeds. Your unique HTML code link tracks sales automatically. Moe's Place handles all Orders and Returns. Sales commissions are paid monthly and a 1099 will be issued annually. In addition, your favorite shelter will receive 10% of the sales proceeds from each purchase originated from your link to in the form of a food donation.*
Food donations are processed yearly in March and distributed to the community where the sale orginated or as specified by our Affiliates. Shelters must be a qualified non-profit and provide 501C verification. For your shelter to receive a donation, $200 in retail sales must be generated in its region, by its Affiliates, or the organization may sign up directly as an Affiliate. If retail sales for your shelter fall below $200, your shelter may or may not receive a food donation unless they are an Affiliate. However, the 10% of proceeds will be combined with other proceeds and donated to another animal shelter. For instance, a $20 retail purchase yields a $2 donation. Moe's Place is unable to purchase and send food for less than $20 per shelter. Moe's Place does not limit the number of Affiliates working to raise funds for individual shelters and shelters are welcome to sign up directly as Affiliates. As sales volume increases, Moe's Place will donate food quarterly and then monthly if it is beneficial and cost effective to do so.
Moe's Place retains the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. Moe's Place, LLC retains all rights to intellectual property. Affiliates cannot create misleading advertisements or offer sales promotions. Affiliates are limited to testimonials and recommendations about Moe's Place products and the Company. Moe's Place, LLC will not be held responsible for any information published by Affiliates or others regarding the Company or its products. Moe's Place may terminate its relationship with any Affiliate or Shelter with or without cause. In the event of a termination, Sales Commissions and/or donations will be made as earned up to the date of termination. __________________________________________________
